Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service at all times.
- Prepare and serve a variety of snacks, beverages, and light meal items according to established guidelines.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, handle cash and electronic payments accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards of the snack bar area, including equipment, countertops, and dining surfaces.
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking shelves, monitoring product levels, and reporting shortages.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations (HACCP, local health codes).
- Monitor and replenish condiment stations, utensils, and other supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve minor issues professionally and courteously.
- Perform opening and closing duties as required, including cleaning and restocking.
