Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, identifying root causes and escalating complex cases to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Document all customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions thoroughly and accurately in CRM systems, adhering to data protection guidelines.
  • Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to provide comprehensive and up-to-date support across various client accounts.
  • Adhere strictly to company policies, procedures, and quality standards in all interactions to ensure consistent service delivery and compliance.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with a clear and professional telephone manner.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting, demonstrating self-motivation and discipline.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and keen attention to detail to identify issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Proficiency with computers and ability to quickly learn and navigate new software, applications, and CRM systems.
  • A dedicated, quiet home workspace free from distractions, with reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 20 Mbps download/5 Mbps upload).

Preferred Qualifications
