Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer issues, escalating complex cases when necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data privacy and security protocols.
