Career.zycto is actively seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Full-Time Call Centre Customer Service Agent to join our thriving team in Parap, Darwin. Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound customer calls promptly and professionally, addressing inquiries and concerns with a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies, ensuring customer understanding.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently, escalating complex cases to appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.

  • Adhere to company procedures, guidelines, and service level agreements (SLAs) at all times.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre environment.
  • Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Demonstrated empathy and patience when interacting with customers.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and experience with CRM software.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic team setting.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar customer support platforms.
  • A certificate or diploma in customer service, business administration, or a related field.
