Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions or alternatives.
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile.
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of all conversations in our call centre database in a comprehensible way.
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to assist customers effectively.
- Adhere strictly to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and data security.
Required Skills
- Proven customer support experience, preferably in a call centre environment (1 year+).
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German (native or C2 level).
- Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher).
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively in a dynamic setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or vocational training in a related field.
- Experience with specific call centre software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce Service Cloud).
- Fluency in additional languages (e.g., French, Spanish) is a significant plus.
- Previous experience in a similar industry (e.g., tech, retail, finance).
