Job Description

Career.zycto is actively seeking dedicated and energetic Call Centre Night Agents to join our thriving team in Vieux Quatre Bornes. As a Night Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients, providing critical support, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience when our daytime operations are closed. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls and emails during night hours, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information.
  • Document all customer interactions meticulously in our CRM system, ensuring clarity and completeness.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or senior staff when necessary, following established protocols.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and patience with all customers, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs) at all times.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
  • Identify and escalate potential system issues or recurring customer concerns to management.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations during all customer interactions.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
  • Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office Suite, email, internet browsers).
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
