As a Call Centre Operator, you will play a crucial role in representing our brand, delivering outstanding service, and contributing to a positive customer experience. You’ll handle a variety of inbound calls, ranging from general enquiries to technical support issues, guiding customers through solutions and escalating complex problems to specialist teams when necessary. Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally, providing first-line support to customers.
- Listen actively to customer queries, diagnose issues, and offer appropriate solutions or information.
- Accurately log all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions into the CRM system.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to relevant support teams or supervisors in a timely manner.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through friendly and efficient service delivery.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Continuously learn about new products, services, and system updates to enhance support capabilities.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer support.
