Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Process customer orders, provide product/service information, and resolve any related discrepancies.
  • Record details of inquiries, comments, complaints, and actions taken in the customer database.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies diligently.
  • Engage with customers to build rapport, identify their needs, and offer appropriate solutions or services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Continuously strive to improve knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding data privacy and customer confidentiality.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in a customer support or call center role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is a significant advantage.
  • Strong active listening skills and ability to empathize with customers.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other call center technologies.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and decision-making skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar customer service platforms.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding customer service KPIs.
  • Previous experience in a multicultural work environment.
  • Knowledge of customer service best practices and industry trends.
