Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis of capital markets, economic conditions, and industry trends to identify potential investment opportunities and risks.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for valuation (DCF, comparable companies, precedent transactions) and forecasting.
- Prepare comprehensive investment memoranda, reports, presentations, and other analytical materials for internal stakeholders and clients.
- Assist in the due diligence process for potential transactions, including data collection, verification, and analysis.
- Support the structuring and execution of various capital markets transactions, including debt and equity offerings.
- Monitor portfolio performance, market movements, and regulatory changes, providing timely updates and insights.
- Collaborate with portfolio managers, investment bankers, and other team members to formulate and execute investment strategies.
- Respond to client inquiries and provide analytical support as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and internal policies.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
