Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics on a wide range of vehicle systems using advanced tools and software.
- Conduct routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and filter replacements.
- Execute complex repairs on engines, transmissions, braking systems, steering and suspension components.
- Diagnose and repair electrical systems, HVAC systems, and other automotive electronic components.
- Maintain accurate and detailed service records for all repairs and maintenance performed.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and workshop procedures.
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding vehicle issues, repair options, and timelines.
- Order necessary parts and supplies, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Keep the workshop area clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Continuously update technical knowledge through training and industry publications.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Car Mechanic, with strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
- Proficiency in repairing a wide variety of vehicle makes and models.
- In-depth knowledge of automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, electrical, brakes, and suspension.
- Competency in using computerized diagnostic equipment and hand tools.
