Key Responsibilities

- Complete necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently.

- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
- Stay up-to-date with new vehicle models, features, and automotive market trends.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

Required Skills
- Proven experience (2+ years) in car sales or a similar high-value retail sales environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Valid German driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Proficiency in German and English (both verbal and written).
- Knowledge of automotive financing and leasing options.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in automotive sales or a related field.
- Experience with specific automotive brands (e.g., Volkswagen, Audi, Porsche).
