Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with selecting appropriate car wash services.
- Perform various tasks related to car cleaning, including pre-soaking, scrubbing, towel drying, and applying finishing products.
- Operate car wash equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring proper chemical dilution and maintenance.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including tidying up the wash bay, vacuum stations, and customer areas.
- Ensure all vehicles are thoroughly cleaned and dried to the highest standards before customer departure.
- Address customer questions or concerns with professionalism and a problem-solving attitude.
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
