As a Car Wash Bay Attendant, you will be the face of our service, responsible for the initial interaction with our valued customers and ensuring a smooth, efficient, and high-quality car wash experience. Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently guide vehicles into the car wash bays, ensuring proper positioning.
- Apply pre-wash treatments (e.g., bug remover, wheel cleaner) as needed with attention to detail.
- Operate and monitor car wash equipment, reporting any malfunctions or issues promptly.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of wash bays, customer waiting areas, and facility grounds.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
- Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure environment for customers and staff.
- Assist customers with payment processes or car wash package selections when required.
- Handle customer concerns or complaints with professionalism and escalate as necessary.
