Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene routines.
- Provide support with mobility and transfers, using appropriate equipment and techniques.
- Administer prescribed medication in accordance with training and individual care plans.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding, ensuring dietary requirements are met.
- Perform light household duties such as tidying, laundry, and maintaining a clean and safe living environment.
- Offer companionship and emotional support, engaging clients in conversation and activities.
- Accompany clients to appointments, social outings, and assist with errands.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of care provided and any changes in client condition.
- Report any concerns, incidents, or significant changes in a client's health or well-being to the care supervisor promptly.
- Adhere strictly to all health and safety guidelines, company policies, and CQC regulations.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- High level of reliability, punctuality, and commitment.

Preferred Qualifications
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care or an equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience (paid or voluntary) in a home care, residential care, or similar setting.
- A full UK driving license with access to a vehicle (advantageous but not essential for all roles).
- Current First Aid certification.
- Familiarity with the Marylebone community and local support services.
