Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred care to elderly and disabled individuals, respecting their dignity and promoting independence.
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Administer medication in accordance with care plans and company policies (training provided).
- Support clients with mobility, transfers, and exercises as per their individual needs.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding, ensuring dietary requirements are met.
- Perform light household duties, such as tidying, laundry, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Offer companionship and engage clients in stimulating activities, fostering mental and emotional well-being.
- Monitor and record clients' health conditions, reporting any changes or concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations, safeguarding policies, and care plans.
