Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility, always maintaining dignity and respect.
- Support residents with feeding and hydration, ensuring dietary requirements and preferences are met.
- Administer medication in accordance with training and company policy, meticulously documenting all actions.
- Engage residents in stimulating activities and conversations, promoting social interaction and mental well-being.
- Monitor residents' health and well-being, promptly reporting any changes or concerns to senior staff.
- Maintain accurate and detailed care records, adhering to data protection guidelines.
- Assist with light domestic duties to ensure a clean, comfortable, and safe environment for residents.
- Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, safeguarding policies, and company procedures.
Required Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (English proficiency required).

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a care assistant, support worker, or similar role.
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent qualification).
- First Aid qualification.
- Experience working with individuals with dementia or other complex needs.
