Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, and grooming, whilst respecting client dignity and privacy.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, using appropriate equipment and techniques.
- Administer medication following training and company policy.
- Support clients with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, light housework, and shopping.
- Engage clients in social activities and companionship to reduce isolation.
- Monitor and report any changes in clients' health, well-being, or circumstances to senior staff.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of care provided.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and company policies.
- Participate actively in all required training and development programs.

- NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards it).
- First Aid certification.
