Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with personal care routines, including washing, dressing, and grooming, while maintaining dignity and respect.
- Support residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure comfort and prevent pressure sores.
- Aid in meal preparation and feeding, ensuring residents receive adequate nutrition and hydration.
- Engage residents in meaningful social activities, conversations, and outings to promote mental and physical well-being.
- Monitor and report any changes in residents' health, mood, or behaviour to senior staff.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment for all residents.
- Administer medication as per care plans, after receiving appropriate training and certification.
- Document care provided accurately and efficiently.
- Communicate effectively and compassionately with residents, their families, and colleagues.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
