Key Responsibilities
- Assist the care management team in supervising daily care operations and routines.
- Provide guidance and support to care staff, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care to all residents.
- Support the implementation and review of individual care plans, ensuring they meet resident needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records and documentation.
- Promote a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents and staff.
- Assist with medication management in accordance with company policies and CQC guidelines (after comprehensive training).
- Respond effectively to resident inquiries, concerns, and emergencies.
- Contribute to team meetings and staff training sessions.
- Adhere to all health and safety, safeguarding, and regulatory compliance standards.

Preferred Qualifications

- An understanding of Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards and regulations (training provided).
