Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the care management team in supervising daily care operations and routines.
  • Provide guidance and support to care staff, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care to all residents.
  • Support the implementation and review of individual care plans, ensuring they meet resident needs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records and documentation.
  • Promote a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents and staff.
  • Assist with medication management in accordance with company policies and CQC guidelines (after comprehensive training).
  • Respond effectively to resident inquiries, concerns, and emergencies.
  • Contribute to team meetings and staff training sessions.
  • Adhere to all health and safety, safeguarding, and regulatory compliance standards.

Preferred Qualifications

  • An interest in working towards an NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care.
  • Basic First Aid certification.
  • Previous voluntary or paid experience in any care-related setting.
  • An understanding of Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards and regulations (training provided).
