Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development, implementation, and review of personalised care plans.
- Supervise and mentor a team of care professionals, ensuring high standards of care delivery.
- Conduct regular quality assurance checks and audits of care plans and practices.
- Ensure all care activities comply with CQC regulations and internal policies.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to care staff, including regular supervisions and appraisals.
- Act as a point of contact for service users and their families regarding care plan queries and concerns.
- Facilitate effective communication within the care team and with external stakeholders.
- Identify training needs within the team and contribute to professional development initiatives.
- Manage care rota scheduling to ensure adequate staffing levels and continuity of care.
- Participate in on-call duties as required to provide supervisory support outside of regular hours.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a care setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and patience.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).

Preferred Qualifications
