Key Responsibilities

- Develop personalized career action plans, setting clear, measurable goals for professional development.
- Provide expert guidance on job search strategies, networking, and personal branding.
- Assist clients with CV and cover letter optimization, ensuring they stand out in competitive markets.
- Prepare clients for interviews through mock sessions and constructive feedback.
- Facilitate group workshops and seminars on career-related topics such as career exploration, skill development, and market trends.
- Administer and interpret career assessment tools (e.g., psychometric tests, interest inventories) to aid self-discovery.
