Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one career coaching sessions to assess client needs and define goals.
- Develop and implement individualized career development plans for clients.
- Assist clients with resume, cover letter, LinkedIn profile optimization, and personal branding.
- Provide comprehensive interview coaching, including mock interviews and feedback.
- Facilitate group workshops and training sessions on various career-related topics.
- Stay current with job market trends, industry demands, and recruitment best practices.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records and track progress.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and enhance coaching methodologies.

Required Skills
- Proven experience (3+ years) in career coaching, HR, talent acquisition, or learning & development.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, Education, or a related field.
- Recognized coaching certification from an accredited institution (e.g., ICF, EMCC).
