A Career Coach at Career.zycto plays a pivotal role in guiding individuals through the complexities of career development. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one career coaching sessions to assess client needs, goals, and aspirations.
- Develop personalised career development plans, including goal setting, skill gap analysis, and action steps.
- Assist clients with resume/CV writing, cover letter development, and LinkedIn profile optimization.
- Provide comprehensive interview preparation, including mock interviews and feedback sessions.
- Guide clients on effective job search strategies, networking techniques, and personal branding.
- Facilitate workshops and group coaching sessions on various career-related topics.
- Stay updated on labour market trends, industry insights, and career development best practices.
- Maintain accurate client records and track progress towards career goals.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in career coaching, counselling, or talent development.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
