Key Responsibilities
- Conduct personalized one-on-one career coaching sessions to assess client needs, strengths, and career aspirations.
- Develop bespoke career action plans, setting realistic and measurable goals for clients.
- Provide expert guidance on resume writing, cover letter creation, LinkedIn profile optimization, and portfolio development.
- Deliver engaging workshops and group coaching sessions on job search strategies, interview skills, and networking techniques.
- Administer and interpret career assessment tools (e.g., psychometric tests, interest inventories) to inform client guidance.
- Research and stay current with industry trends, labor market information, and educational pathways to offer informed advice.
- Support clients in identifying transferable skills and exploring new career directions or upskilling opportunities.
- Monitor and track client progress, providing ongoing support and adjusting strategies as needed.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with data protection policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance program offerings and client support services.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Counseling, or a related field.
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in career counseling, coaching, recruitment, or talent development.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated ability to inspire, motivate, and build rapport with diverse clients.
- Strong understanding of modern job search methodologies, labor market trends, and recruitment processes.
- Proficiency in using career assessment tools and interpreting results.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage a varied caseload.
