Key Responsibilities

Required Skills
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in career coaching, HR, recruitment, or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust with diverse clients.
- In-depth knowledge of job search strategies, recruitment processes, and professional development.
- Proficiency in using various coaching methodologies and assessment tools.
- Fluent in English and German (C1 level minimum for client interaction in Munich).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification from a recognized coaching body (e.g., ICF, EMCC).
