Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct one-on-one career coaching sessions to identify client goals and develop tailored action plans.
  • Guide clients through job search strategies, resume optimization, cover letter writing, and interview preparation.
  • Facilitate workshops and group sessions on career development topics such as personal branding, networking, and skill assessment.
  • Utilize career assessment tools and methodologies to help clients gain self-awareness and clarify career paths.
  • Provide constructive feedback and ongoing support to clients throughout their career transition or development process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, job market demands, and best practices in career coaching.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
  • Collaborate with the Career.zycto team to enhance service offerings and client experience.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in career coaching, HR, recruitment, or a related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong active listening and empathetic skills.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust with diverse clients.
  • In-depth knowledge of job search strategies, recruitment processes, and professional development.
  • Proficiency in using various coaching methodologies and assessment tools.
  • Fluent in English and German (C1 level minimum for client interaction in Munich).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification from a recognized coaching body (e.g., ICF, EMCC).
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Counseling, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience working with a diverse range of clients from various industries and career stages.
  • Familiarity with the Munich and broader German job market.
  • Experience in facilitating group training or workshops.
