Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care including assistance with washing, dressing, mobility, and toileting, always respecting privacy and dignity.
- Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and ensure adequate nutrition and hydration.
- Support medication management by prompting and ensuring adherence as prescribed.
- Perform light household duties, including tidying, cleaning, and laundry to maintain a safe and hygienic living environment.
- Offer companionship and emotional support, engaging service users in conversation and activities.
- Assist with shopping and errands, ensuring individuals have access to essential items.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided, observations, and any changes in health or well-being.
- Communicate effectively with service users, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Adhere strictly to all health and safety policies and procedures, including moving and handling guidelines.

- Full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Knowledge of local health and social care resources in Aberdeen.
