Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals, adhering to dietary restrictions and preferences.
- Administer prescribed medications accurately and on schedule, documenting as required.
- Provide companionship and engage clients in stimulating activities such as reading, games, and light exercise.
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and tidy living environment.
- Monitor and report any changes in the client's health, behavior, or well-being to family members or medical professionals.
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and use of assistive devices as needed.
- Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and social outings.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided, observations, and daily activities.
