We are seeking an individual who takes immense pride in maintaining a safe, clean, and impeccably ordered environment for our diverse properties and their esteemed occupants. As a Caretaker, you will serve as the essential frontline presence, ensuring the robust security of the premises, diligently monitoring access points, and responding promptly and effectively to any irregularities, incidents, or emergencies that may arise. This isn’t merely a job; it’s a profound commitment to upholding the highest standards of property integrity, asset protection, and the personal safety and comfort of everyone within our managed spaces.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass a comprehensive and dynamic blend of critical security duties and general property maintenance tasks. You will be actively responsible for conducting regular patrols of the designated areas, meticulously verifying the identity of all visitors, contractors, and deliveries, and maintaining detailed, accurate logs of all significant activities and incidents. This involves performing essential minor repairs, proactively identifying maintenance needs, coordinating efficiently with external service providers for larger or specialized issues, and consistently ensuring that all common areas, facilities, and amenities are presentable, functional, and inviting. Specific tasks may include light gardening, basic plumbing fixes, routine electrical checks, painting touch-ups, and general handyman work that keeps our facilities running smoothly.

We are specifically looking for someone with an eagle eye for detail, a highly proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving, and an unwavering sense of responsibility. You must possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to interact effectively and courteously with tenants, visitors, management, and service personnel, maintaining a professional and composed demeanor at all times. The ability to react calmly, decisively, and logically under pressure, and to enforce property rules respectfully yet firmly when necessary, is absolutely paramount. This position offers a unique opportunity to be a pivotal and respected part of a thriving community, directly contributing to the peace of mind and satisfaction for all property users. If you are a reliable, trustworthy, and hands-on individual eager to apply your skills and dedication to fostering a secure, well-maintained, and harmonious environment, we strongly encourage you to apply. Your commitment and vigilance will directly contribute to the safety, comfort, and positive experience of our property occupants.
