Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation, review, and processing of various shipping documents, including bills of lading, airway bills, customs declarations, and commercial invoices.
- Perform data entry accurately and efficiently into internal logistics management systems.
- Communicate effectively with clients, carriers, customs agents, and internal departments to gather necessary information and resolve documentation discrepancies.
- Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems for all cargo-related documentation.
- Track and update cargo status, ensuring all parties are informed of important milestones.
- Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations and company policies.
- Support senior documentation specialists with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
- Learn and adapt to new software and procedures related to cargo documentation and logistics.

Required Skills
