Key Responsibilities
- Assist skilled carpenters with various tasks on construction sites, including framing, roofing, trim work, and finish carpentry.
- Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials according to specifications.
- Transport tools, equipment, and materials to and from work areas.
- Clean and prepare job sites, ensuring a safe and organized environment.
- Learn to safely operate hand and power tools under supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines meticulously.
- Support the installation of structures and fixtures, such as windows, doors, and cabinets.
- Perform general labor tasks as needed to support project progression.
