Key Responsibilities

  • Assist skilled carpenters with various tasks on construction sites, including framing, roofing, trim work, and finish carpentry.
  • Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials according to specifications.
  • Transport tools, equipment, and materials to and from work areas.
  • Clean and prepare job sites, ensuring a safe and organized environment.
  • Learn to safely operate hand and power tools under supervision.
  • Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines meticulously.
  • Support the installation of structures and fixtures, such as windows, doors, and cabinets.
  • Perform general labor tasks as needed to support project progression.
  • Actively participate in training and seek opportunities for skill development.
