Key Responsibilities

  • Assist skilled carpenters with various tasks, including measuring, cutting, and shaping wood.
  • Prepare work areas, ensuring cleanliness and organization before, during, and after projects.
  • Transport and store materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Help with the installation of structures, fixtures, and other carpentry components.
  • Clean and maintain tools and machinery, ensuring they are in good working condition.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a secure work environment.
  • Learn to identify different types of wood and construction materials.
  • Perform basic repairs and maintenance tasks under supervision.
