Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily cash reconciliation for all transactions and takings.
  • Prepare and verify bank deposits accurately and promptly.
  • Manage petty cash float, ensuring strict adherence to company policy.
  • Investigate and resolve any cash discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Maintain meticulous records of all cash movements and financial transactions.
  • Ensure all cash handling procedures comply with security protocols and internal guidelines.
  • Communicate effectively with store management and sales teams regarding cash office operations.
  • Operate cash counting machines and relevant financial software efficiently.
  • Assist with periodic audits and financial reporting as required.

Required Skills
