Key Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions, providing correct change and receipts.
- Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their visit.
- Answer customer inquiries, provide information about products or services, and resolve minor complaints.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area and assist with general store cleanliness.
- Assist with restocking shelves and merchandising products as needed.
- Count and reconcile cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift.
