Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
  • Provide friendly, engaging, and professional customer service.
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, locating items, and resolving minor issues.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing checkout area and sales floor.
  • Execute daily opening and closing procedures as required.
  • Support inventory management through receiving, stocking, and merchandising tasks.
  • Adhere to all company policies and security procedures.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and French.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to handle cash and process card payments accurately.
