Key Responsibilities

- Handle cash, credit/debit card payments, and other forms of tender, ensuring proper reconciliation.
- Provide friendly, prompt, and courteous service to all customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area and assist with general store cleanliness.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and assist with inventory management as needed.
- Accurately scan products, apply discounts, and manage returns/exchanges according to store policy.
- Promote store loyalty programs, special offers, and upcoming sales to customers.
- Assist customers with locating products and making purchasing decisions.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth store operations and a positive shopping environment.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and security.
Required Skills
