Job Description

You will be entrusted with the responsibility of accurately managing both cash and card payments, expertly operating state-of-the-art point-of-sale (POS) systems, and actively assisting customers with product location, detailed information, and any special requests they may have. Beyond your duties at the till, you will actively contribute to our merchandising efforts, ensuring that shelves are consistently well-stocked, products are clearly and correctly priced, and the entire retail space remains impeccably clean, organized, and inviting.

Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently and accurately process customer transactions using a POS system, including cash, card, and mobile payments.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly, assisting with inquiries, and resolving issues promptly and courteously.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting checkout area and contribute to overall store cleanliness.
- Assist with stocking shelves, arranging merchandise, and ensuring products are clearly priced and accessible.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock shortages or discrepancies to relevant supervisors.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
- Promote store loyalty programs, special offers, and new products to customers.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies, procedures, and security measures, including cash handling protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards within the retail environment.
