Key Responsibilities
- Accurately process all customer transactions including cash, card, and mobile money payments.
- Maintain an organized and tidy checkout area.
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting with inquiries and resolving minor issues.
- Perform daily reconciliation of cash register and report any discrepancies.
- Promote loyalty programs and special offers to customers.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and customer service.
- Assist in bagging items efficiently and courteously.
- Collaborate with other retail staff to ensure a smooth flow of operations.
