Key Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems, handling cash, credit, and debit card payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting checkout area.
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries, providing information about products or services.
- Manage and balance cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts, ensuring accuracy and accountability.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and customer complaints professionally and with empathy, escalating issues when necessary.
