Key Responsibilities
- Assist with food preparation, including washing, chopping, and organizing ingredients under chef supervision.
- Set up event spaces, including arranging tables, chairs, linens, cutlery, glassware, and decorative elements according to event specifications.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional, courteous, and timely manner during events.
- Replenish food stations, maintain cleanliness of serving areas, and ensure a presentable dining environment throughout events.
- Clear tables, wash dishes, and assist with general kitchen and event space cleanup after events.
- Monitor inventory of catering supplies and report needs to supervisors to ensure adequate stock.
- Support the coordination of accommodation logistics for sponsored guests, artists, or VIPs, including room assignments and welcome amenities.
- Act as a point of contact for sponsors and accommodated guests, addressing inquiries and fulfilling reasonable hospitality requests during events.
- Adhere strictly to all food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and company policies.
- Collaborate effectively with the catering team, event planners, and other staff to ensure seamless event execution.
