Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of a variety of dishes, ensuring adherence to recipes and dietary requirements.
- Set up, arrange, and replenish food and beverage stations for various events, including sponsored gatherings and accommodation guest services.
- Serve food and beverages to guests and residents in a professional and friendly manner.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all kitchen and dining areas, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste.
- Monitor food stock levels, assist with inventory management, and report any shortages or upcoming needs.
- Ensure all food safety and health regulations are strictly followed at all times.
