Key Responsibilities
- Assist chefs with basic food preparation, including washing, peeling, chopping, and portioning ingredients.
- Set up dining areas, including tables, chairs, cutlery, glassware, and decorations for daily service and special events.
- Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring high standards of presentation and customer service.
- Replenish buffet stations and ensure continuous availability of food items during service.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment, workstations, dining areas, and storerooms.
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, and ensure proper storage of all kitchenware.
- Adhere strictly to food safety, hygiene, and health and safety regulations at all times.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving deliveries and proper storage of supplies.
