Key Responsibilities
- Assist chefs and kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks (e.g., chopping vegetables, preparing salads).
- Set up dining areas, buffets, and tables according to event specifications and lodge standards.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Clear tables, wash dishes, and ensure cleanliness of dining areas and kitchen equipment.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety in all catering operations.
- Assist with inventory management, stocking supplies, and organizing storage areas.
- Operate basic kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and politely.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
