As a Catering Assistant, you will be an integral part of our catering service, assisting with everything from food preparation and presentation to maintaining hygiene standards and interacting with guests. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in basic food preparation, including washing, peeling, chopping ingredients, and simple cooking tasks.
- Set up dining areas, buffets, and event spaces according to service requirements and cleanliness standards.
- Serve food and beverages to guests with a friendly and professional demeanor during events and daily operations.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, serving areas, and all equipment.
- Wash dishes, cutlery, and kitchen utensils efficiently.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving deliveries and proper storage of food items.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests courteously and efficiently.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and food handling regulations.
- Support the catering team in all aspects of service delivery and event execution.
