Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and execute catering services for various events and daily operations, ensuring seamless delivery.
- Manage, supervise, and mentor catering staff, including comprehensive scheduling, ongoing training, and regular performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement innovative and appealing menu options, meticulously considering client preferences, dietary restrictions, and seasonal availability.
- Maintain and enforce the highest standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene, and service in accordance with local and international health and safety regulations.
- Oversee all aspects of inventory management, efficient procurement, and stringent cost control measures to meet or exceed budgetary goals.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, lasting client relationships, proactively ensuring satisfaction and fostering repeat business opportunities.
- Prepare detailed event proposals, negotiate contracts, and generate thorough post-event reports for analysis and improvement.
- Ensure strict compliance with all local food safety and sanitation guidelines and protocols.
- Efficiently handle all customer inquiries, feedback, and promptly resolve any operational issues or complaints.
- Collaborate effectively with sales and marketing teams to strategically promote and expand catering services.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in catering or hospitality management, with a focus on leadership roles.
