Key Responsibilities
- Prepare event spaces according to client specifications and event requirements.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally to guests during events.
- Assist with food preparation tasks under the guidance of kitchen staff.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all catering areas.
- Interact positively with guests, addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
- Replenish food stations, buffets, and beverage areas as needed.
- Break down event setups and ensure thorough cleanup after events.
- Handle catering equipment and supplies with care, reporting any damage or shortages.
- Adhere strictly to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Work collaboratively with the catering, kitchen, and events teams to ensure smooth operations.
Required Skills
- Previous experience in catering, hospitality, or food service (minimum 6 months)
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift, and carry items for extended periods
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene principles

- Formal training or certification in culinary arts or hospitality
