Key Responsibilities
- Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation, including washing, peeling, chopping ingredients.
- Set up dining areas, replenish food and beverage stations, and maintain cleanliness during service.
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a polite and efficient manner.
- Operate dishwashers and perform manual pot washing, ensuring all kitchenware is clean and stored correctly.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all kitchen and service areas, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Assist with receiving and storing deliveries, ensuring stock rotation and proper storage.
- Clear tables, dispose of waste appropriately, and ensure dining areas are tidy and welcoming.
- Support the catering team in preparing for and clearing down after events and services.
- Undertake general cleaning duties as required to maintain a safe and sanitary working environment.
