Key Responsibilities
- Assist with food preparation, including chopping, washing, and organising ingredients.
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a polite and efficient manner.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all catering areas, including kitchen, dining spaces, and equipment.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly, adhering to all health and safety guidelines.
- Handle cash and card payments accurately, if required, and process transactions.
- Assist with stock rotation, inventory checks, and receiving deliveries.
- Support the Head Chef and other team members with various tasks as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and company policies.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing queries and providing excellent service.
