Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor CCTV cameras and associated equipment across multiple screens with high attention to detail.

- Accurately document all observations, actions taken, and maintain detailed incident reports.
- Communicate effectively and promptly with security personnel, management, and emergency services as required.
- Review recorded footage for investigations and provide evidence to authorized personnel.
- Conduct regular equipment checks to ensure all CCTV systems are fully operational and report any faults.
- Adhere strictly to data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR) and company policies regarding privacy and confidentiality.
- Assist in the coordination of responses to security incidents, offering real-time visual support.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance surveillance skills and stay updated on technology.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a CCTV Operator or in a similar surveillance role.
- Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using CCTV monitoring software and systems.
- Ability to remain calm and make sound judgments under pressure.
- Good understanding of security procedures and protocols.
