Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor cement mixing machinery and related equipment, ensuring proper functionality and output.
- Accurately measure and load raw materials (cement, aggregates, water, admixtures) into mixers according to batch specifications.
- Monitor mix consistency and quality, making necessary adjustments to maintain product standards.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment and report any malfunctions or defects promptly.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory guidelines.
- Assist with the loading and unloading of materials and finished products as required.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring a safe and efficient operational environment.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and production schedules are met.
- Document production data and material usage accurately.
Required Skills
- Proven ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong understanding and commitment to workplace safety procedures and practices.
