Key Responsibilities
- Provide non-denominational spiritual and emotional support to individuals, staff, and families.
- Offer active listening, empathic presence, and counsel during times of crisis, grief, or personal difficulty.
- Conduct spiritual assessments and develop appropriate care plans tailored to individual needs and beliefs.
- Facilitate prayer, meditation, or reflective practices as requested and appropriate, respecting diverse spiritual paths.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to integrate spiritual care into a holistic support system.
- Educate and advocate for the spiritual dimensions of care within the organization and broader community.
- Maintain accurate, confidential records of spiritual care interactions and outreach activities.
